Refund Policy
Fresh Fix Home Improvements is committed to customer satisfaction.
Because our services are labor-based and customized, refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun. If a customer is unsatisfied with completed work, we ask that they contact us within 24 hours of service completion so we can review the concern and attempt to resolve it.
Refunds, partial refunds, or service corrections are handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Fresh Fix Home Improvements.
No refunds will be issued for:

Delays caused by weather, access issues, or factors outside our control
